You Can't Make This Stuff Up!

Thanks to Ina Steiner for posting the link to this on her blog. The video clip I've included below is a taped eMail massage from eBay or LiveOps alerting an eBay user that Best match is the default search on eBay.

At least she isn't calling from India.

I'd pay fifty bucks to read the script in the callers hand. There's probably a part that says, "If Pressed..."

I would think with the job market as bad as it is, you could find somebody with a college degree that would work for $10 an hour.

This is disgraceful.

Eh, I got the same message on Saturday I believe it was, also from a Stephanie. She didn't stutter through mine, it was normal, so I can only assume she was distracted here. Not professional, no, but if you're making how many live calls I'm sure you'll get distracted or stumble through a few. I know, I used to do some cold-calling back at the 9 to 5 job.
