Things to look for:
- Follow the stock - eBay's share price is at a 52 week low, going into the earnings call, will it rebound after earnings?
- What will eBay' 2008 guidance be?
- Will the shift in fees from listing to FVF be drastic or minimal?
- What are they going to do to increase buyer demand?
- Is there a new marketing program to replace "Shop Victoriously"
It is going to be very interesting, so stay tuned.

It's to bad that whenever eBay makes an adjustment they don't seem to get it right.
My prediction is the stock will dip, average sellers will vehemently disagree with the fee changes and the stated direction for 2008, the new campaign will be "Shop eBay! Help us get out of this mess!"
I can't wait to see that ad campaign.
