This is an excellent post on eBay's new term Windorphins, by Rob Caskey, Head of Marketing at BuySafe. I think the money eBay spends promoting Windorphins.com would see a greater ROI if it was used to promote eBay's Giving Works program.

If ebay in reality had NOT filed a trademark for the name and he was duped into giving up the domain name, then he might have a case for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Man ebay really needs to get it together.
